Jay Gilbert
Director of Photography
With over a decade of experience behind the camera, Jay Gilbert specializes in translating abstract ideas into cinematic, emotionally resonant visual stories. As Director of Photography at Source TEN, Jay brings a rare combination of technical mastery, adaptability, and artistic intuition to every production. Whether capturing high-energy commercial footage, documentary realism, or poetic brand storytelling, he focuses on finding the emotional core of the narrative…because every story, no matter the topic, has a human entry point.
Jay’s path in video production began with an Associate’s Degree in Television and Video Production and early work with Milwaukee PBS and Milwaukee Tool, where he developed a strong grounding in professional set workflow, lighting, and camera operation. He is also an FAA Part 107 Licensed Commercial Drone Pilot, enabling him to capture dynamic aerial perspectives that elevate the visual impact of the stories he helps tell.
At Source TEN, Jay is known for his ability to create cinematic quality in unpredictable environments. His technical fluency spans Sony and RED cinema systems, DJI aerial and stabilization tools, and post-production platforms including DaVinci Resolve, Premiere, and After Effects. But what truly distinguishes his work is his commitment to authenticity, directing talent in ways that feel natural and truthful, shaping images that evoke rather than instruct.
One of Jay’s favorite projects to date is the Prime Financial television commercial, a whimsical piece told through the imagination of a child. Inspired by his own memories, the project represents the kind of storytelling Jay values most: emotionally driven, subtly impactful, and grounded in human truth rather than overt messaging. Outside of the studio, you’ll find Jay on the river fly fishing, on morning walks clearing his mind, or exploring new ways personal memories can shape visual creativity. He’ll also never say no to a Celsius and a pack of Welch’s fruit snacks on set.
For Jay, every frame is an opportunity to make viewers feel something.

Mark Boyce
Director of Communications & Development
With more than two decades of omni-channel communication experience, Mark Boyce has built a career around one belief: stories well told can move people...and move businesses forward. As Source TEN’s Director of Communications and Development, Mark brings strategic clarity and creative discipline to every project, helping employees and clients alike succeed in telling authentic stories that matter.
Mark plays a pivotal role in the evolution of Source TEN’s brand. Working closely with the CEO, he helps develop and project a unified creative and communication vision, shaping everything from messaging and business strategy to visual identity and high-level client engagement. His expertise spans art direction, design, campaign development, voice-over direction, UX, motion and still imagery, and full-scale brand activation. For both clients and internal teams, he is a thought partner who thrives at the intersection of creativity and execution, guiding ideas seamlessly from initial spark to polished delivery.
Before joining Source TEN, Mark worked with some of the world’s most recognizable brands across the U.S. and Europe. His experience ranges from founding and running Mark Boyce Creative, LLC, to leading omni-channel marketing for Prefense, shaping large-scale brand storytelling at Strauss Brands, and supporting national and international creative campaigns at Milwaukee Design, Henke & Associates, and DCI Marketing. Along the way he has collaborated with celebrated companies including Honda, Nike, and more...but his favorite work has always been the next great challenge.
Mark’s passion for visual storytelling grew organically over time, shaped by every commercial, series, and film that ever made him feel something, and sharpened during a 10-day documentary-style journey across eight major U.S. cities, where he and a creative collaborator captured the stories of individuals inside a nationwide organization. That experience unlocked a deep love for exploration, discovery, and the human connection that emerges through the creative process.
Outside of filmmaking, Mark embraces outdoor adventure and challenge. Mark doesn’t believe creativity comes from one place. Inspiration, for him, is found everywhere and in everyone.

Christopher Rainer
Production Assistant
Born and raised in southeast Wisconsin, Chris Rainer has always carried the Midwest mindset into his work: resourceful, adaptable, and unwilling to settle for “good enough.” His early interest in creative media led him through the best paths of schooling he could find close to home, and into the professional world of storytelling where he quickly discovered not just what he wanted to do, but why he wanted to do it: to make work that he (and others) can genuinely love.
Today, Chris is a versatile Cinematographer and Production Assistant at Source TEN, supporting high-impact commercial and brand storytelling across productions. From camera and lighting to audio, drone cinematography, and post-production workflows, he helps ensure that every set runs smoothly and every frame has intention. His adaptability, communication, and initiative make him someone the team consistently depends on both technically and personally.
Before Source TEN, Chris gained hands-on experience across live broadcasting, digital content, and client-focused media environments, including work with Milwaukee PBS and a smaller production company where he got his start after impressing someone he first met for a school project. That early opportunity, paired with years of real-world learning, shaped a career defined by dedication, curiosity, and rapid skill growth. He has contributed to productions across manufacturing, small business, and commercial media, always with a focus on executing visuals that carry tone, clarity, and emotion.
What sets Chris apart is his hunger to learn and evolve. He adapts quickly to roles, technologies, and creative expectations, and cares deeply about making work that is impactful, whether the scale is massive or intimate. For Chris, filmmaking is not about volume of work, but meaning of work.
Core strengths at Source TEN include:

Giselle Martín
Bilingual Client Relationship Manager
Producer
Giselle Martín brings heart, culture, and connection to every story she touches. As Source TEN’s Bilingual Client Relationship Manager and Producer, she works alongside clients from first conversation to final delivery, guiding planning, coordinating production, and ensuring every detail flows seamlessly on set and in post. For clients, she’s both a steady presence and a creative partner, making sure they feel supported, heard, and celebrated through every stage of the storytelling journey.
Giselle’s passion for communication and media was shaped at Mount Mary University, where she graduated with Honors in 2023 with dual majors in Spanish and English (Writing for New Media), a minor in User Experience Design, and a Peacebuilding Certificate. During her studies she served as Editor-in-Chief of Arches and Assistant Editor for MKE Woman Today, sharpening her instinct for narrative, representation, and editorial precision.
As a Mexican-American woman and fully bilingual communicator, Giselle offers a bicultural perspective that enriches Source TEN’s work. She plays a key role in developing concepts and producing multilingual content, helping brands build authentic relationships with Spanish-speaking audiences. Whether she’s translating direction on set or adapting messaging for a new market, she ensures that every voice and every culture is treated with dignity and accuracy.
One of her proudest projects at Source TEN is the UWM Criminology commercial: a campaign that invited the team to imagine and depict diverse career paths, and that now lives in both English and Spanish. Watching the vision take shape on set, and then transform again in post-production, affirmed for her the magic of collaboration and the power of representation.
Outside of filmmaking, Giselle loves spending time with her husband and family, serving her parish community, and taking part in Catholic pilgrimages and experiences. She’s also always up for a good adventure: ziplining in Costa Rica and Toledo has become one of her favorite fun facts.
“Without love, deeds, even the most brilliant, count as nothing.” — St. Thérèse of Lisieux is the quote she carries into every collaboration.

Kevin Romano
Motion Designer/Editor
Kevin Romano is a visual storyteller who brings motion, rhythm, and emotion together frame by frame. As a Motion Designer and Editor at Source TEN, he transforms raw footage into compelling narratives, crafting animations, cutting stories, and elevating ideas through intentional design. Whether it’s 2D character animation, media conforming, VFX compositing, or color finishing, Kevin draws on deep experience across nearly every corner of post-production to solve creative challenges with precision and flair.
Before joining Source TEN, Kevin built a thriving career in motion graphics and editing across agency and production environments. At Video Wisconsin and McDill, he designed and animated motion graphics for major national and international brands (including Johnson Controls and Northwestern Mutual) producing commercial, industrial, and promotional content under fast-paced deadlines. Since 2022, he has also sustained a highly successful freelance practice, leading editing and animation teams and serving agencies, production companies, and independent clients across large-scale projects.
What Kevin loves most about Source TEN is the collaboration: learning from the team, exploring new ideas together, and constantly pushing the boundaries of how a story can be told. One of his most meaningful projects with the team was Black Males in Engineering, a film that blended an inspiring message with complex logo animation work that demanded both technical mastery and artistic sensitivity.
Creatively, Kevin is fueled by sound. Music helps him “see the cut,” shaping pacing, emotion, and visual rhythm in every piece he touches. His work environment is simple: a computer, a vision, and his dog beside him while he builds stories. Outside of production, he loves acting, watching great films, and drawing inspiration from directors like Denis Villeneuve and Celine Song.
For Kevin, authentic storytelling matters because real people deserve to be seen. Imperfection, honesty, humanity...that’s what makes art real. His goal with every edit and animation is simple: to make people feel something, to have fun, and to walk away with a sense of connection.
At Source TEN, Kevin believes our work is about giving a voice to all people and allowing them to share their story in their own way.
